Everything you need to know to prepare for an amazing weekend at Liminal Fields.

Key Dates & Times
  • Thursday, June 19

    Optional early arrival for setup assistance. Contact Nick if you plan to arrive early.

  • Friday, June 20

    Main arrival day. Come anytime to help or hang out.

    Music starts at 9:00 PM.

  • Sunday, June 22

    Festival ends at 3:00 PM, followed by final tidy-up and departures.

Location & Travel

Scraptoft Hill Farm, LE7 9SQ

The festival is located at Scraptoft Hill Farm, just 10 minutes from Leicester.

By Train

The fastest and greenest way to reach Liminal Fields is by train from London St Pancras to Leicester (as little as 1 hour and 3 minutes). From Leicester station, the festival site is a 10-minute taxi ride away.

By Car

If driving, please consider carpooling with other festival-goers. Parking is available on site.

Children & Inclusivity

This year, we have a record number of children (15 at last count), aged 3 to 11. We want Liminal Fields to be an amazing space for 50-year-olds and 5-year-olds alike.

  • • If you're an adult, expect children around most of the day until about 9 or 10 PM.
  • • If you're a child, expect adults around most of the time, except during Forest School sessions.
  • • Children have their own tent in the lower camping field.
  • • Adults have their own sensory space courtesy of Mark and Anna in the top field.
Accommodation & Facilities

Liminal Fields is a camping festival. Bring your own tent and camping equipment.

Camping Areas

  • • Lower camping field - Family-friendly area with the children's tent
  • • Top field - Includes the adult sensory space

Facilities

  • • Toilets and basic washing facilities will be available
  • • Food: DIY breakfast, communal picnic on Saturday, and catered meal Saturday evening
  • • Bar run by volunteers Nat and Laura

Festival Theme: "How We Care For Each Other"

This year's festival explores the ways we nurture and support one another through community, creativity, and connection with nature.

Saturday Night Fancy Dress: "Creatures of the Forest"

After our forest immersion session, we'll emerge transformed into the forest's creatures. Please avoid buying new fancy dress - wear what you have, get from a charity shop, or share with friends.
